Tiffiney L. Hall is the Founder & CEO of PosiTiff, a visionary leader, transformational speaker, nurse with a certification in trauma-informed coach, and domestic violence survivor-advocate.

She was recognized by the U.S. Department of Justice Office for Victims of Crime and named a 2025 Remarkable Women Winner by Nexstar Media, Tiffiney supports organizations, communities, and individuals to transform conflict into opportunities for healing, growth, and change.

Tiffiney serves as an Executive Committee member on the Pennsylvania Office of Gun Violence Prevention and was appointed by the Governor to serve on the Pennsylvania Victim Services Advisory Committee.
