In 2024, she was appointed by Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro to serve on the Victim Services Advisory Committee. VSAC is responsible for the distribution of funding for services provided to crime victims in Pennsylvania.

She is also the Founder & President of A PosiTiff Place, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization located in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. A PosiTiff Place facilitates a peer support group for survivors of domestic violence, provides victim rights education and training, and connects individuals with after-care resources.
